Step 1: Your first step

You reach out to us through whichever contact method suits you best. Your enquiry goes directly to one of our trusted Advisers, who will guide you through what comes next.
Step 2: The intro call
A ‘WE’ thing
Your Adviser will give you a short call, around 5 to 10 minutes. This chat is all about understanding what’s most important to you and making sure we’re clear on your needs from the very beginning.
Step 3: First meeting
A ‘WE’ thing
After our initial call, we’ll schedule a more in-depth meeting, which can be online or face-to-face. This is where we get to know you better, discuss any potential vulnerabilities, and start exploring options tailored just for you.
Step 4: Behind the scenes
An ‘US’ thing
Crafting your solution: After our first meeting, we’ll dig into your case, using everything we’ve learned to develop recommendations that fit your unique circumstances.
Step 5: Second meeting
A ‘WE’ thing
In this session, we’ll sit down together, review any identified vulnerabilities, and go over our recommended solutions. This is also where we’ll be transparent about investments or costs involved, so you have a clear picture of what’s next.
Step 6: Moving forward
A ‘YOU’ thing
Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send a detailed overview of your plan along with an invoice. When payment is settled, we gather all necessary information to begin drafting your documents. This is the first catch point on all your information as it stands currently.

Step 7: Drafting
An ‘US' thing
Drafting your documents: We’ll pull together everything you’ve shared, draft your documents, and send them to you for a thorough review.
Step 8: Review & sign off
A ‘YOU’ thing
Perfecting the details: Take the time to go through the drafts carefully. If you need any adjustments, just let us know – we’ll make sure it’s all exactly as you want it. When everything’s set, your final documents are printed, bound, and sent your way.

Step 9: Guidance on signing
An ‘US' thing
We’ll walk you through the signing process, ensuring you know where and how to sign. If you choose document storage with us, we’ll handle safe storage of your signed documents, too.
Step 10: OPG Registration
An ‘US’ thing
Once signed, your documents go to the Office of the Public Guardian for registration.
For those who opt for storage, we keep the registered documents safe; otherwise, they’re returned to you.
Step 11: Here for you
A ‘WE' thing
Even after the paperwork is complete, we stay connected. We’ll check in annually to see if you have updates or changes, and we’ll keep you informed through newsletters and ongoing support, so you know we’re here for you, long-term.
